Eligible orders of US$39 or more receive free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping availability and delivery timing may vary depending on destination, product availability, fulfillment location, carrier serviceability, customs requirements and other applicable circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must contact Eryuda customer support before sending any product return. Our support team will review the return request and provide the applicable return instructions, including the authorized return location.

The authorized return location may vary depending on the product, customer destination, fulfillment location or applicable return-processing arrangements.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Banks, card issuers, PayPal or other payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
